Talent Acquisition Specialist

JSM Group Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality attraction, recruitment, and selection service for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from brief to onboarding, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans in collaboration with hiring managers and the Talent Lead.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the wider People Team, to ensure a connected approach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline.
- Support interviews and feedback, delivering efficient feedback and market insight.
- Screen applicants, arrange and conduct telephone interviews, and arrange face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Cultivate partnerships with external agencies, leveraging their expertise when needed.
- Ensure timely feedback is given to candidates and 3rd party suppliers, leaving them with a positive experience of JSM Group Services Ltd.
- Minimum of 3 years Recruitment experience (agency or internal)
- Must have experience using an ATS
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build professional relationships quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter, with the ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
- Talent Pipelining
- Succession planning
- Experience composing job adverts
- Experience interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in hiring within the Utilities sector is desirable
