Field Service Engineering Manager

Our client, a leading market player in the food cutting machinery industry, is seeking an ambitious Field Service Engineering Manager to drive growth and development of their service division in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Lead a team of Field Service Engineers to ensure effective service delivery.
  3. Manage customer and non-customer accounts to drive business growth.
  4. Develop and execute territory plans to expand the service business.
  5. Design and implement training programs to enhance service capabilities.
  6. Oversee the "total care package" including maintenance, breakdown calls, and training.
Requirements:
  1. Strong mechanical engineering background with understanding of electrical drawings.
  2. Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks.

Our client offers a competitive salary, fully expensed company vehicle, and bonus structure. A one-month training period in Central Europe will prepare the successful candidate for the role.
