Job Title: Field Service Engineer - FMCG

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Minstrell Engineering. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical equipment
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
