Executive Connect LTD is a prominent global provider of high-quality cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance solutions tailored for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary support across all sectors of Supply Chain and Customer Services.
  • Review and authorize design and assembly schematics.
  • Convert design specifications from schematics into SAP Material Master Data, Bills of Materials, and Routings.
  • Develop assembly instruction documents that outline the production workflow based on design schematics and initial production runs.
  • Lead the resolution of technical challenges, including materials, tooling, and instructions for all Production and Warehouse operations.
  • Evaluate and assist with all New Product Introductions (NPI) and communicate updates and progress to the broader project team to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with the Reliability team on site-related activities, including issue resolution and updating site layouts/P&ID's using AutoCAD or similar software.
  • Prioritize safety by promoting a culture of safe practices and leading by example.
  • Conduct risk assessments and review safety protocols in all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), projects, and daily operational support.
  • Assist the plant manager with safety initiatives and projects within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in production, process, or industrial engineering roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, including Bills of Materials, Routings, and Master Data.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean principles, with experience in analyzing production processes (kaizen) from a TPM/Lean-focused organization.
  • Solid grasp of New Product Introduction (NPI) and gated processes.
  • Experience in managing projects and project teams across various disciplines.
  • Ability to create shop floor process instructions and safe working procedures.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours or shifts on short notice.
  • Effective communication and data presentation skills.

Essential Skills:
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP, Design Data Manager (DDM), electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), and AutoCAD.
  • Experience in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
  • A strong desire to acquire new skills and experiences, with a capacity for rapid learning.
  • Experience in World Class Manufacturing and TPM methodologies.
  • NVQ Level 4, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
