Loungers is a unique and exciting place to work, and we're looking for a talented Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the management team to maintain our high standards.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management team to maintain high standards of customer service and quality
  • Lead from the front, setting the pace high for the team to ensure every customer leaves happy
  • Deliver 14 great shifts with the team to make sure every customer has an exceptional experience
  • Focus on the detail, never settling for second best and making it your mission for your Lounge to be the place to go for the local community

What We're Looking For
  • You're probably an existing Supervisor, Team Leader or an epic front of house team member ready to take their first step into management with a background in restaurants, bars, caf or coffee shops
  • You'll have experience of working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks preparation
  • You'll have a natural talent and passion for hospitality
  • You'll be extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles
  • You'll have good literacy skills alongside excellent attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
  • You'll have good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
  • You'll be a self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales
  • You'll have strong knowledge of best practice in the following areas: sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork and reporting, recruitment and HR and NPS
