Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Piran Meadows Resort in Newquay, Cornwall.

This is a permanent position to work full-time hours, with a shift pattern that includes weekends and bank holidays.

As a Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of all hot tubs on change-over days.
  • Ensuring the retreat is kept clear and free of debris.
  • Responding to maintenance requests from guests on site.
  • Assisting with renovation projects and attending planned daily maintenance tasks.
  • Completing any necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance.
  • Assisting the grounds team to ensure the appearance of the retreat is kept up to its five-star standard.
  • Assisting with grass cutting and strimming, edging, and weeding borders, and clearing pathways.

Requirements:

  • Previous maintenance/grounds experience is an advantage.
  • A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • A driving license and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use of site buggies/vehicles.
