About the Role:
- Engage in business development through cold calling, attending meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Win new business by offering creative and standout solutions.
- Grow business within existing client portfolios by selling temporary/interim solutions.
- Market candidates proactively to potential clients.
- Service existing business and seek new opportunities through client meetings.
- Understand client needs to maximise success when proposing candidates.
- Manage client expectations effectively by understanding recruitment processes and time scales.
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.
- Source and attract candidates through advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Register and interview candidates to assess their skills and career goals.
- Match candidates to temporary opportunities and ensure existing assignments are filled.
- Maintain accurate recruitment process records and comply with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven consultative recruitment sales experience with a huge emphasis on building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
- Strong planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills and the ability to analyse information to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to influence and control negotiations with clients and candidates.
- Resilient and tenacious to achieve goals and exceed targets, driven by a desire to succeed.
