About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Wordnerds, a fast-growing AI SaaS company, at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. We've found product market fit with a tight ICP and target audience of Customer Experience & Insight Professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
  • Own the content strategy, creation, and roadmap for your sectors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless content distribution
  • Improve and build on existing assets to create the best content assets in the game
  • Measure the impact of content and continuously improve our content creation process
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience creating content across various platforms and mediums
  • Strong understanding of what resonates with our target audience
  • Ability to create engaging content in multiple formats (copywriting, video, etc.)
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £35k-40k, depending on experience
  • Flexible working hours (37.5 hours per week, core hours: 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days/week from our office)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with additional days rewarded for long service up to a maximum of 30 days
