Private Client Attorney – Newly Qualified to 2 Years Experience

Our client stands as one of the foremost legal firms in Surrey, recognized as a leading practice in the South East. They have received accolades in multiple specialized fields and boast a significant number of recommended attorneys. In light of their expanding operations, they are seeking a Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE Private Client Attorney to become a vital part of their accomplished Private Client division.

Key Responsibilities

The primary aim of this position is to engage in fee-generating activities and contribute positively to the department's performance, achieving financial and other key performance indicators.

Reporting directly to the department head, the responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional service in the areas of wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, and tax advisory services to clients and other departments.
  • Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, and tax advisory work for private clients.
  • Actively participating in the firm's marketing efforts through networking and seminar presentations.
  • Fully engaging in the collaborative efforts of the Private Client team.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Attorney with Newly Qualified to 2 Years PQE
  • Strong interpersonal, social, and communication abilities
  • Proven capability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain a client/referrer network
  • Exhibits a solid understanding of commercial awareness
  • Motivated, dedicated, and industrious
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
