About the Role
City Health Care Partnership CIC is seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-Time Administration Assistant to support the Out of Hours and North Community Nursing Teams. The successful candidate will be based at Bransholme Health Centre and will be required to work 4 x hour shifts per week, with an additional late shift per month to attend the OOH Team Meeting and take minutes.
Main Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the service, including maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings. Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work calmly and effectively in a busy and demanding environment.
Requirements
- Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Service or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of a range of routine administration procedures
- Knowledge of a range of software programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous experience of working in an office environment and carrying out general office procedures
- Previous experience of supervising a team
- Previous experience of working with the general public
