The Role
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to source high-level technical & professional, white-collar candidates from various sources, including job boards and digital marketing platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Capturing requirements and managing partnerships
- Conducting meetings and video conferencing
- Placing mid-level to senior appointment IT or Engineering specialists in permanent and contract positions
What We Offer
We offer a competitive OTE in your first year of £35k - £50k, plus an uncapped excellent monthly commission structure, additional quarterly incentives, and no threshold. Our benefits include:
