Position Overview:

3. Employing a compassionate and patient approach to foster a positive learning environment.
4. Utilizing therapeutic techniques to help re-engage students who may have faced challenges in traditional educational settings.

Objectives:
The primary goal is to offer structure and consistency in the students' daily routines, facilitating their ongoing educational progress and aiding their transition back to a conventional learning environment.

Work Schedule:
This role typically involves part-time hours, aligning with the schedules of the families served, and is conducted during standard school hours throughout the week.

Collaboration and Monitoring:
Prospero Teaching will maintain close communication with the tutor to track student progress, requiring weekly reports to ensure effective support.

Contract Details:

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent tutoring experience
- Experience in a UK classroom setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Creativity, patience, and a willingness to adopt innovative teaching methods
- Experience working with students with SEND or those who are disengaged from learning

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be prepared to apply for a new one
- Provide two professional references related to child care.
