About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our UK Leadership team as a Client Principal. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and network to drive sustainable growth in the Financial Services business across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful consulting firm, BJSS, and contribute to the development of a world-class business. As a Client Principal, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contract terms, and developing business plans to drive revenue and margin growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Sell technology business development solutions to clients across various work packages, from consulting engagements to digital transformation and Modern Managed Services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, leveraging your expertise in the Financial Services sector.
  • Negotiate business contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Analyse market trends and recommend service adjustments to meet client needs.
  • Develop business plans and strategies to drive revenue and margin growth, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and services.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional with a strong network of contacts in the technology sector. You should have a proven track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships, with a deep understanding of the Financial Services industry.

You will be a strong communicator, able to engage with diverse teams, motivate others, and convey complex ideas clearly. Your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines will be essential in this role.
