Role Overview

In the role of Ecommerce Project Manager – Digital Platforms, you will be responsible for devising and executing a robust strategy aimed at maximizing revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction across our digital platforms. You will identify growth opportunities and work closely with teams in Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, and Operations to drive our ecommerce initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development roadmap for our digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external development teams.
  • Continuously enhance the user experience and design of our website and app.
  • Establish and implement effective strategies for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct reporting and analytics to derive actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You should consider applying if you:

  • Have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, organizational capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar capacity.
  • Have experience managing development teams, whether internal or external.
  • Are familiar with Shopify.
  • Have a solid technical understanding of UX, CRO, and SEO principles.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three stages:

  • Stage 1 – Initial call with an internal recruiter.
  • Stage 2 – Introductory conversation with the hiring manager to discuss your background and the role.
  • Stage 3 – Formal interview involving a case study and discussion with the hiring manager.
