About the Role:

We're proud to offer a wide range of products in our Love Local range, including delicious treats from our very own Gadsbys Bakery in Southwell. With over 50 years of experience, our bakery team is dedicated to producing high-quality products that our customers love.

As a Packing Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading and working alongside our skilled team to ensure the production of high-quality products is maintained. You'll be responsible for motivating and encouraging your team to work efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring that all necessary health and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the team to ensure all items are picked and packed in a timely manner
  • Complete all relevant paperwork
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements and company policies

About You:

We're looking for a professional and driven supervisor who has previous experience leading a team and is keen to develop in their role and career. You'll have a natural drive and ambition to achieve targets, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to be a role model for your team.
