As a Packing Supervisor at Gadsby's, you'll be responsible for leading and working alongside a skilled team to motivate and encourage them to maintain the production of high-quality products. You'll be leading by example, setting a pace that inspires, and working closely with your colleagues in the bakery and the wider team to contribute to the effective day-to-day running. You'll also ensure that colleagues complete necessary training to maintain the standard of our products and coach and support colleagues through regular one-to-one meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the team to ensure all items are picked and packed in a timely manner
  • Complete all relevant paperwork
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements and company policies

You'll demonstrate an enthusiastic work ethic with high levels of attention to detail and ensure that everyone is always working to the highest health and safety standards.

About You:

We're looking for a professional and driven supervisor who has previous experience leading a team and is keen to develop in their role and career. Additionally, you'll have:

  • A professional and approachable manner to build and maintain dependable working relationships
  • A natural drive and ambition to achieve targets
  • A Level 3 Food Safety qualification or similar is desirable but not essential as we can provide this
  • Excellent communication skills, able to be a role model for your team in delivering face-to-face interactions to a high standard
  • Enthusiasm and drive to champion your own learning and development, and support your colleagues with their own career growth
