Sales Team Leader

Aberdein Considine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join their team in Union Street Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a busy sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage the overall running of the sales team, including guiding and motivating team members.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and hit targets.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in the office, including clients, suppliers, and property, legal, and financial advisers.
