Your Role as a Specialist Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, following standard operating instructions.
- Observe and monitor chemical processes, contributing to quality standards.
- Lead and align team members to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Maths and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and safety-focused attitude.
- Previous work in processing industries, especially within a chemical environment.

Work Schedule
You will work a 12.33-hour continuous shift pattern. Working 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. This pattern repeats seven times, after which there is a further 14-day extended rostered break. All holidays are rostered into the shift pattern.
