Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at an award-winning hotel and restaurant in the Yorkshire Dales.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a high-performing restaurant team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of staff, working closely with the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
  • Developing and implementing menus, promotions, and marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. If you have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a full-time, permanent role, and the successful candidate will be required to live in the local area due to the rural location of the hotel.
