Senior Property Manager Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Osborne Appointments. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing budgets to achieve value for money.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee health and safety, fire risk assessment, asbestos, and legal requirements to ensure compliance
* Source local contractors and negotiate contracts to achieve best value
* Work with accounts to establish realistic budgets and manage expenditure
* Confirm asbestos reports for buildings pre-2000 and ensure accurate records
* Communicate with stakeholders via SMS and email for urgent issue updates
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve contractor relationships

**Requirements:**

* Excellent knowledge of property management principles and procedures
* Good knowledge of QUBE computer system and Windows-based applications (e.g. Microsoft Word and Excel)
