Job Title: Care Assistant

We're currently seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to live their best possible lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, and help with feeding and hydration
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as getting out of bed, walking, and exercising
  • Help residents with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, and help to promote their independence and well-being
