Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at our care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with general activities within the care home, such as hobbies and outings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the highest quality care is provided

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents. You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively with our care team to ensure the highest quality care is provided.

You will have a strong understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in care, and be able to provide emotional support and companionship to our residents.

You will be able to work flexibly, including night shifts, and be willing to undertake additional training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
