Job Summary:

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Barrister to join their leading Regulatory team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advocacy and a passion for regulatory law.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting cases at a final substantive hearing and representing regulators at interim application and case management hearings. This will include presenting cases involving dishonesty, fraud, and sexual misconduct. The candidate may also be involved in appeals from decisions of the regulators and will have involvement in continuous improvement projects and training for panel members and in-house teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present cases at a final substantive hearing
  • Represent regulators at interim application and case management hearings
  • Present cases involving dishonesty, fraud, and sexual misconduct
  • Involved in appeals from decisions of the regulators
  • Involved in continuous improvement projects
  • Training for panel members and in-house teams

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with advocacy experience
  • Strong background in regulatory law
  • Passion for regulatory law
