The Role
We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience via inbound calls, online queries, and social media channels. Your strong communication skills, product knowledge, and ability to build rapport with customers will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls, online queries, and social media channels
* Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to ensure accurate and helpful responses to customer queries
* Upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers
* Use your initiative to create original solutions to problems and promote company brand image positively
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous telephone experience, both inbound and outbound, highly advantageous
* Experience in a call centre environment is desired
* Ability to work both as a team member and independently
* Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
