About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. As a Sales Manager for Companion Animal Products, you will be responsible for championing our range of products to veterinary practices within a defined sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales objectives, including quarter and yearly targets.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with clients through appropriate business solutions and proven sales methods.
  3. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor competitor activities as required.
  4. Action on inbound customer and/or sales enquiries.
  5. Deliver on sales campaigns in line with business need.
Requirements
  1. Previous business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry.
  2. Computer literate, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM systems.
  3. Significant travel required within the defined territory, with occasional overnight stays.
  4. Full UK driving licence.
