Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

Polypipe Building Products is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including private house builders, architects, and contractors.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
- Manage and report on compliance improvements, rebate claims, and price increase implementation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Proven track record of sales success in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
