About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Westham London Stadium. As a key member of our catering team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and accurate customer service to our clients
  • Assist the catering team in preparing and serving food and beverages to our customers
  • Support the team leader/unit manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the catering unit
  • Be fully conversant with all Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements
  • Assist with the setting up and breakdown of catering units as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is essential
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
