Estimator/H&S/QC Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/H&S/QC Manager to join our team at Centristic Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bulk material handling equipment, including conveyors, crushers, screens, and feeders, within the quarrying industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Estimate bulk material handling projects within the aggregate processing industry.
  • Provide H&S and QC support as a secondary function of the job role.
  • Work under the guidance of a senior manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Attend site visits and liaise with clients to interpret their scope requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings from CAD models.
  • Populate estimating data into our companies estimating systems.
  • Provide cost analysis against as-built/actual costs.
  • Track, cost, and handle all variations to contract from estimate to order status.
  • Prepare weekly management reports for the team and peers.
  • Provide order details for materials from stockholders and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge of bulk material handling equipment within the quarrying industry.
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
