Job Title: Site Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team at one of our fully automated distribution centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centre, managing a team of engineers, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the distribution centre
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime
  • Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of engineering services
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
  • Contribute to the development of the company's engineering strategy and direction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams in a fast-paced distribution centre environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of automation and robotics systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
