Chef de Partie Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Hayes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that high culinary standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and daily specials, ensuring that dishes are creative, innovative, and appealing to our customers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your section, adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients, with the ability to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
