Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at beBee Professionals in Harlow. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and expand our business.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and develop plans to pursue them.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
