Programming and Partnerships Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Programming and Partnerships Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our team to develop and deliver a range of programs and activities that engage with local communities and promote our heritage sites.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a range of programs and activities that engage with local communities and promote our heritage sites.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and partners to deliver collaborative projects.
- Plan and deliver events and exhibitions that showcase our heritage sites and promote our mission.
- Work with our Visitor Operations and Experience Manager to deliver a varied programming offer across our sites.
- Supervise volunteers and manage budgets to deliver projects and events.
- Experience in running events and activities, and/or working with community partners.
- Familiarity with audiences in the areas of heritage, culture, arts, and the natural environment.
- Ability to measure and assess results, and show their impact.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
