Job Summary

Owen Daniels Consultancy is seeking an experienced Treasury and Payroll Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of payrolls, as well as supporting the day-to-day activities of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Management: Oversee the monthly payroll submissions, including review of overtime and additions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Bank Reconciliations: Perform bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts, currencies, and petty cash to ensure financial accuracy and control.
  3. Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  4. Credit Card Management: Process monthly credit card transactions to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  5. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow on a daily basis and analyze variances against forecast to ensure financial stability.
  6. PSA Data Management: Collate and manage PSA data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  7. Month-End Close: Assist with the month-end close process to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  8. Year-End Audit: Assist with the year-end audit process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
