As the tax division expands to support the flourishing financial planning sector, both domestically and internationally, this position offers a unique opportunity to engage in high-level income and capital tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and trusts.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, focusing on both compliance and advisory services.
- Collaborate closely with senior tax leaders on various income tax, inheritance tax (IHT), and capital gains tax (CGT) projects.
- Address complex residence and remittance basis inquiries, providing financial planning support to expatriates worldwide.
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- CTA qualification or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and personnel management capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel.
- Experience with virtual communication tools.
- A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Exceptional analytical and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Desirable Qualifications
Additional attributes that would be beneficial include:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a tax-related role.
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of non-UK domiciled taxation matters.
