About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team at 4way Recruitment. As a Fire Alarm Engineer, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of Fire alarm systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Service and maintenance of Fire alarm systems
  • Service and maintenance of Gas Suppression systems (bonus opportunity)
  • Completing paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with current legislation and British Standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in the Fire Alarm industry
  • Manufacturer experience with Advanced, Kentec, Ctec, and Morely systems
  • ECS/CSCS Card (ideal but not necessary)
  • Full UK Driving License (no points preferred)
  • Ability to pass security screening
What We Offer
  • Up to £40,000 basic salary (achievable OTE of £50,000+)
  • Door-to-door travel paid at single rate
  • 6% commission for quoted works invoiced
  • Call-out payment (£210 per week standby) with double time for out-of-hours calls
  • Overtime available
  • Choice of car or van (includes personal use), tools, uniform, pension, and 25 days' holiday + bank holidays
