We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Clinical Ward Lead to join our team at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust. Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide effective leadership and monitoring of professional and care standards at ward level.
- Be a visible and accessible presence in the clinical area for patients, relatives, and staff.
- Patient Care
- Ensure the provision of compassionate, safe, and high-quality patient care.
- Lead by example and act as a positive role model to staff, taking responsibility for own professional development.
- Team Management
- Manage roster allocation for present and future shifts to provide safe staffing levels.
- Lead the multidisciplinary team on a daily basis, using resources effectively and efficiently.
- Quality and Safety
- Confidently escalate concerns about patient safety, quality, and experience, offering solutions and evidence-based recommendations.
- Contribute to a culture that recognises and works in partnership with patients and their families, involving them in all decisions.
