Daily Duties Include:

  • Delivering comprehensive maintenance and repair services
  • Performing various tasks such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general construction work
  • Ensuring that all equipment, services, and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition
  • Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any faulty equipment or potential hazards
  • Traveling to different locations and occasionally being on call for emergency repairs outside regular hours
  • Conducting weekly checks of fire alarm systems, including fire exits, door retention devices, and emergency lighting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Proficient in various painting and decorating techniques for both indoor and outdoor settings
  • Willingness to travel and possess a valid driving license
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Skilled in DIY tasks and general maintenance
  • Preferably holds a Level 2 Diploma in Painting & Decorating or Maintenance
