Daily Duties Include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive maintenance and repair service
  • Performing various tasks such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general construction work
  • Ensuring that all equipment, services, and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition
  • Adhering to safe working practices and reporting any faulty equipment or potential hazards
  • Traveling to different locations and occasionally being on call for emergency repairs outside regular hours
  • Conducting weekly checks of fire alarm systems, including fire exits, door retaining devices, and emergency lighting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in various painting and decorating techniques for both indoor and outdoor settings
  • Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license
  • Capable of effective communication at all levels and maintaining detailed, accurate maintenance records
  • Skilled in DIY tasks and general upkeep
  • Preferably holds a Level 2 Diploma in Painting & Decorating or Maintenance
  • Friendly, diligent, and an excellent team player with a positive outlook

Note:

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
