We are seeking a dedicated Residential Operations Manager to lead the daily functions of a prestigious luxury residential property. This role is essential in ensuring that all residents and guests receive exceptional service and support.
Work Schedule- 4 on - 4 off
- 10am - 10pm
- Salary: £35,000
- Manage all operational activities within the property, serving as the primary contact for any incidents or inquiries.
- Welcome residents and address their questions via phone or in-person.
- Ensure the security of residents and the premises, including monitoring surveillance systems.
- Control the distribution of keys, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Engage with leaseholders and managing agents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to the management contract and service standards.
- Assist in the ongoing management of the property, ensuring maintenance tasks and safety protocols are executed efficiently.
- Conduct necessary risk assessments and health and safety checks, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Perform regular inspections and tests, documenting findings for compliance purposes.
- Oversee the reception area, managing the receipt and distribution of deliveries while maintaining accurate logs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a similar role within a residential or property management context.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and contractors.
- A strong background in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of fire safety, health regulations, and security protocols.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
