This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our Health Visiting Team in Ceredigion. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to families with pre-school children and the communities they live in.
Main Duties- Deliver components of the Health Visiting Core programmes to families with pre-school children and the communities they live in as delegated by the Health Visitor.
- Assess health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of care to meet the needs of the child and their family.
- Work collaboratively and in partnership with other disciplines and agencies to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, families, and communities.
- Support the Baby Friendly Initiative, deliver health promotion advice, facilitate healthy baby clinics, complete delegated developmental assessments, and participate in training to support further learning.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Registered Children Nurse Qualification or an Adult Registered Nurse Qualification. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to developing a high degree of standards of care and actively seeking and promoting professional working relationships with other statutory and voluntary practitioners.
