Procurement Specialist

Williams Racing is seeking a talented individual to join our Procurement team as a Direct Procurement Industrial Placement. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating procurement and manufacture of car components and manufacturing services from external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, such as NCRs, goods in quarantine, BOM creation & inventory reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain procurement databases, and assist with supplier communication packs.
- Ensure internal compliance with procurement policies and assist in procurement activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing procurement practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software.
- A background in mechanical or automotive engineering.
- Motorsport experience through internships or personal projects (highly desirable).
As a Direct Procurement Industrial Placement at Williams Racing, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the industry and contribute to manufacturing a car that will compete on the world stage.
