Job Title: Workforce Planning Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our Planning team at our site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration of the driver management system and creating daily reports to inform operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of driver details in MWF, Davis, and Convey, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the MyWorkForce inbox, processing requests for driver holidays, sickness, and other forms of leave.
  • Prepare daily reports on manpower, revenue projections, rebooks, and trailer checks to support the operational plan.
  • Oversee vehicle management in GTS and Convey, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure MyWorkForce is maintained accurately and up-to-date, providing reliable data for decision-making.
  • Manage and administer the GTS forecasting tool, providing insights to inform operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Planning Manager to communicate key findings and recommendations to Senior Management.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in data entry and analysis.
  • Knowledge of the haulage industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making.
