We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at a large government site in Crowborough. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site, working with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repairing toilets and sinks
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Water hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site
  • Planned and reactive works
  • Water treatment (temperature checks/not dosing)
  • General building fabric
  • Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
  • Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Driving license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happy to cover a large site
  • Honest, hard-working, and reliable
