Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large government site in Crowborough.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repairing toilets and sinks
  • Unblocking toilets
  • Water hygiene maintenance and inspections
  • Pipework inspections and repairs
  • Minor installation works
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site
  • Planned and reactive works
  • Water treatment (temperature checks/not dosing)
  • General building fabric
  • Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
  • A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
  • Driving license
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Happy to cover a large site
  • Honest, hard-working, and reliable
