Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs, servicing, and overhauls of medical devices.
- Perform electrical testing on repaired equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Offer technical assistance to both new and existing clients via phone and email.
- Document warranty job sheets detailing faults, resolutions, and parts used.
- Install and commission new, loaned, and repaired systems.
- Investigate customer-reported issues in accordance with quality service level agreements.
- Generate quotes for required work within the system.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals with a background as an Electrical Engineer, Service Technician, Repair Technician, or similar roles, who possess hands-on experience with electronic tools and instruments. Proficiency in repairing electronics at the PCB level is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience. Additional benefits include life assurance, a healthcare cash plan, discounts at various retailers, an employee assistance program, and a discretionary bonus scheme.

Work Environment:
While on-site parking is limited, there are alternative parking options nearby. Public transport connections are excellent, with convenient bus and tram services available.
