Internship Overview

This internship program offers practical hands-on work experience, allowing candidates to join a project at the initial implementation stages or be brought on board when testing becomes a critical requirement. The internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of software testing and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with software developers and project support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor applications and software systems to identify potential issues.
  • Perform stress testing, performance testing, functional testing, scalability testing, and other types of testing as required.
  • Develop and execute test scripts to ensure thorough testing.
  • Run manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Test in various environments, including web and mobile platforms.
  • Write detailed bug reports to facilitate prompt issue resolution.
  • Work towards meeting departmental and project deadlines.
  • Contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide objective feedback to software development project teams to enhance project outcomes.
  • Design tests to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  • Present findings to software development and business user teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously to develop a comprehensive understanding of software testing.
  • Analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with project teams across different locations to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues to ensure effective project execution.
Internship Details

The internship typically lasts for 6 months, and interns can work from home (UK or international) with flexible working hours aligned with UK time zones (9am to 6pm). We also welcome interns taking a year out between their studies as part of their degree or postgraduate program. Not all internships are paid, and the selection process may involve multiple interviews.
