Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our business.   • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project completion.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Use this data to refine business development strategies and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead the creation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the health & safety, compliance, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of property compliance services, including health & safety, security, asbestos, and legionella management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
