Job Description

Europcar is seeking a highly skilled Performance Manager to join our team at Luton Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of rental sales agents to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the Station Manager to achieve incremental sales revenue targets.
  • Maximize incremental sales through effective training, coaching, and staff development.
  • Manage staff performance through documented reviews and corrective actions.
  • Build an effective team through the promotion of a 'Serviced Based Sales' culture.
  • Support the Company's culture of 'Continuous Improvement' through daily communication with staff.
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Ensure the station consistently achieves key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • A positive management style.
  • Ability to motivate and gain commitment from the team through leading by example.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and work both individually and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in multi-tasking.

  • Proven track record of driving great sales.
