Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our customer interactions and support our audiologists in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to ensure a balanced mix of sales and service engagements for both new and returning clients. Proactively analyze the customer database to identify potential appointment opportunities, aiming to boost clinic performance with minimal oversight. Personalize outreach calls for both new and existing clients to maximize attendance and contribute positively to revenue generation. Actively contribute to revenue growth by coordinating appointments with clients and prospects promptly, while effectively promoting relevant add-on products. Foster relationships with current and prospective clients to provide appropriate promotions, appointments, and hearing solutions. Maintain the store's aesthetic in accordance with company standards, focusing on visual merchandising, promotional efforts, and overall cleanliness. Oversee inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of products is always available.Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, embodying the role of a customer advocate to ensure the clinic's success and address client needs effectively.
You will also possess:
Proficiency in computer applications, including basic knowledge of Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with prior experience in managing internal databases or appointment systems preferred. Sales acumen, with the capability to assist audiologists in meeting sales objectives. A proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility and a positive response to change. The ability to cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments. Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. A clear understanding of and alignment with the company's vision and values. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize tasks.This role offers pathways for professional development and advancement within the organization.
