Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with SEN in classroom activities and learning development
  • Support the SEN teacher in implementing individual education plans
  • Provide one-on-one support to students and assist with group activities
Requirements:
  • Any SEN qualifications are preferred, but not essential
  • A strong educational background and passion for working with individuals with special needs
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional qualifications in special education or related fields
  • Experience working with students with SEN needs
Working Conditions:

You will be working in an alternative provision in a mainstream school, primarily within a classroom setting. The role may involve collaborating with teachers and other support staff, and flexibility is essential.
